Combining a life-long passion for interior design, eclectic training in the technical design world, and a warehouse full of antique, architectural and repurposed treasures garnered from her frequent globe-trotting, Gina Jeckering opened Longwood Interiors in 2010.

Since opening her firm, Gina has designed and implemented gorgeous environments punctuated by style, function, and comfort. However, it is the unique interpretation of each client’s passions and lifestyle of which she is most proud. Gina is equally comfortable developing the “look” that the client imagines as she is in guiding her clients toward a style that has seemingly eluded them.
Longwood Interiors handles all project design and implementation details thereby ensuring a well-paced venture within the client’s budget. Current projects range from powder room remodels to the renovation of a specifically-styled home to providing guidance for new home construction. In addition, Gina specializes in designing lighting and furniture from repurposed and/or new elements.
Headquartered in Chagrin Falls, OH, Longwood Interiors has worked on residential projects all over Ohio, in New York’s Adirondack Mountains, and in Boston.
When not in her design studio, Gina can usually be found sharing her latest design ideas with her very patient husband and three teenage daughters. However, it is her dog, Scarlet, who is her most frequent sounding board.

Gina found old bank ceiling tiles and hung them on our office wall, she took an old Indian iron window covering and created a mirror and continually found us pieces which we were awed by as she transformed them from yesteryear to a place in our home. She is able to mix styles and does not have her own agenda as she creates rooms in our home which express our individual design desires. Gina’s ability to blend our existing pieces into her design was second to none.
